Work done on Ender’s game during the conceptual and production phase in 2011.
I worked on this Project under the Direction of Gavin Hood, the movie was productions designed by Ben Procter and Sean Hayworth . A big part of the challenge on that project was to define the formic architecture and shape language. Using 3DS max, I was able to find a fresh new approach to designing without falling into the usual pitfall of Alien landscapes designs. The dedication and passion of the director, Gavin Hood, allowed us to truly dive in that project full speed and thanks to that, we were able with the team to embed complex ideas into some of the designs which is sometimes a rare thing to do under tight timelines.
